Well, this question has many different answers depending on what timezone your in. If you lived in Europe then you'd think the answer is 0 because it shows his tweet about domain transfers on December 13, 2012. If you lived in the timezone I'm in (which is mountain time), you'd think the answer is 19 because it shows his 18 domain transfers and then 1 domain transfer all on December 12, 2012. And, if you lived in the same timezone as Namecheap (pacific time) then you'd have the right answer which is 18. I guess this is why they say nothing is free...
