Is that called content stealing?

i will write in my own words which will be 100% readable..
I still want more opinions.
I think it will be content stealing.

I don't know why you keep bumping this thread. I don't think there are that many qualified lawyers on this forum and copyright law can be complex and varies from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. If you think it is content stealing then it probably is, the question is how do you feel about content stealing ? As others have stated if you give credit to the source and have re-written it in your own words then you will probably be ok, if you have just translated without the copyright holders permission then it would still be plagiarism and if found out could face penalty. Personally you should carry out a cost-benefit analysis to work out if you will make a shitload of cash or face a hefty penalty. I would go for the cash.

I don't think any of the people saying anything in this thread is on the right track. Why don't you google this, and then contact a lawyer before you do anything?

I am an indian and our national language is Hindi.
There are lots of news websites which provide epaper online.like punjab kesari in hindi.
If i write those news in english and publish it in my Blog.
Is there any harm in it?
Also mention whether is it necessary to give credit or source ?

No harm, no illegal here. should give source so that reader can have confident and good see in your article.
