Entropay VCC Can be added to paypal.. and I think you can use any VCC or CC without using Paypal Balance.... But I am not 100% Sure about this, because I never try it...

Entropay is no good for me. After adding their VCC to paypal, I got limited and when I want to add it again(to unlimit) it says:
every time so that's why I don't use entropay... Is it working for anybody?
