on WP hosted and wordpress.com I get articles with %EF%BB%BF these characthers. This is a space or something like that.
everyone get this?

Something to do with UTF-8 I think. I had issue with a custom script that had to be changed. i.e.
Code:
//remove dirty characters: %EF%BB%BF

Can anyone point me to where on the backend I can d/load the spun posts. There used to be an "easy to find option" to do this i.e. "You can download multiple articles as a zip or create highly spun version to be used in lwb, senuke, sick, etc."

Done with uploading all the blogs. All that's left now is the scheduling. After trying out for a few hours, I can't help but notice that the TIMING is NEVER right.

This screenshot: http://prntscr.com/mfcrf

shows that the posts I have scheduled hours ago are way past the scheduled time of posting so it becomes a random posting when it's past that.

Is it just me or is the archive project button missing?

EDIT: Just found out that my project details were hidden and there was the button ;)

Maybe a idea to insert api's from spinner like wordai etc. tw. Would make my life with AW better...

Article/RankWYZ is complete GARBAGE!!! I previously uploaded 30 articles for 1 months worth of postings. For the entire month, it posted the SAME ARTICLE MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY, EVERYDAY FOR THE MONTH on my established network of blogs which cost over $10,000. It was nothing I did because it still deleted an uploaded user submitted article each time that it made a posting because I set it to delete each article after each post. However, the article being deleted each time was obviously not being correctly posted since it was posting the exact same article EACH TIME, and the article that it posted over 30 times isn't even in my user submitted articles section. Now my entire network($10k) is penalized from Google, while also losing 30 expensive articles... I've emailed support and have yet to hear anything.... I will update the thread accordingly, as well as posting what they offer me for the loss, if anything.

Hey PK, how about popping over to BHSEOS and answering some questions that have been posted there. You were posting in that thread everyday when drumming up business, now not a peep from you. If you're short on time, hire some support staff. Going by your posts you must be making a motza, so I'd say you can well afford the extra staff...right now the site is a dog's breakfast, broken links, a few tutes totally unrelated to each other. You're going to screw your brand unless you get someone to sort it all out, IMO.

Just work with what you have now and get it all rock solid before venturing onto new features. Get the poster working 100% across all supported sites, fix the scheduling bugs, tidy up all the loose ends in other words. Then sit back and wait a month or 2, to see everything is bedded down correctly.

We made a lot of changes during November and I made as many announcements as I could updating our members about changes, posted in all our forum threads, sent multiple emails, posted alert on your dashboard for several days...

Here is the description of the changes we made in how we process user submitted articles - https://articlewyz.zendesk.com/entries/22510043-improvements-in-posting-own-articles. We don't have "delete after post" for almost a month now and replaced it with "article posting limit".

Below is screenshot of your articleset, you might say that this is not the simplest configuration, but it is working correctly according to your configuration.
You set to post twice a month on 46 blogs and you can see that system made 98 posts. That's very accurate. You didn't limit though how many times will be posted, this is why some articles were posted several times.

I'd like to hear how else should I update our members about changes we make? twitter? else?

We provide you a technical solution for distributing your content to multiple blogging services, we are not a SEO service and we don't monitor your network. If you don't have time checking your blogs and at least read Daily Stats email we send you every day, hire a VA.

PS. I'm sure what kind of offer you expect to see

1) We could really use some good tutorials. SCREW THE SCREENSHOTS. Get yourself a screen capture software and make some videos... step by step for all major posting types. For instance, I have yet to figure out how to get it to post a straight spun article without manipulating it. I uploaded a super-spun article only to have it mash up the already super spun article instead of posting as is.

2) Seriously... I agree... you're going to ruin your brand if you don't get a handle on your image. Also, I'm guessing from the site that English is not your - or your developers - first language. Find someone who speaks English as a first language and have them tweak the site and the tutorials.

3) Stop developing new stuff. Fix the bugs, document everything - THEN MOVE FORWARD. Document as you go. Your changes are outpacing your ability to EFFECTIVELY relay them to your customers and it's frustrating us.

You could go far with this... but if you don't nip these issues in the bud - your going to get toasted in the forums, people who use you are going to leave and then you go bye-bye like all the other startups with good ideas but bad implementation.

I have to say I agree do a feature freeze right this moment, open a support forums with a bug thread this way we can start documenting all the issues.
I have to say the bugs that I do come across and message you on skype about do get fixed.

However customer service and clear and concise documentation on all options are severely lacking.
Sometimes this is do to user error because we have no idea what we are doing and sometimes it just from the system itself.

I would seriously consider doing the following:

1. Start Customer Support forum, phpbb is free I dont care about vbulletin and Im sure no one else does either.
2. Feature freeze until certain criteria is met.
3. Any platform that does not have an 85% success rate on posting needs to be disabled until you can trouble shoot why.
4. You have almost 25+ platforms that by your own statistics do not have a successful post in the last 24 hours, why?
5. pay someone to create walk though screen caps this can be done using screenr beta or some other site it is easy.

Please understand most of us who are posting like the system it saves me time, however at the moment I have to baby it for quality control.
I do scratch my head sometimes why certain platforms wont post. Trust us we would rather be dealing with this on your own support forum if you had one, this way we could interact with you the developer and other subscribers about the issues.

Please figure out a cleaner system on handling unique articles, maybe the current system was never designed with unique articles in mind.
You would be better of just assigning each article that is uploaded to a specific blog in the project, if it uploads and is successful great if not it has zero chance of being posted again. The user could get the failed report stating which article postings failed and decide to upload them again.

I agree. Despite all the bugs and the head-scratching we face when we try to discern whether it is a problem due to user or the software, it is still a time-saver. Don't get us wrong, we want to help in trying to improve ArticleWyz because it's the best so far when it comes to web 2.0 blog network managing but it has much potential which could be developed if a good communication is present. So please consider all the suggestions people are making above.

It usually obvious than product driven by technical and when by business people. We have very solid development team, but not so good yet on sales and support. Probably the main reason is - we don't have yet final vision of the product. Should we finalize on vision we had back in June, it would've been a much simpler product. I'm a subscriber of idea that "if you're not embarrassed by your first version - you have waited for too long". Yes, we are getting lot's of harsh feedback, but it really helps us to shape the product with real needs, and without it we wouldn't have success we have.

I'm not particularly concerned about brand at this moment, there is no brand, we do not exist for 99,9% of SEO world. But I really care about building good and solid product in the long run. We have no other system to use as a model and we move by trial and error, but whenever we see that we hit the wall we scrape that part and start it over differently. We redesigned big part of the core components back in November, (if you check thread back then every second comments was "don't touch what works"), but I really glad we did, because our system much more robust and stable. I think main reason why we are getting much better month after month is because we are actively changing, and I don't mean just adding new features

We hardly have any new features in our immediate plans (some, but all based on our members feedback), and our main focus is on
- improving user experience
- improving success rate
- and of course posting unique articles.

Some of the updates in user submitted articles will be deployed tomorrow and it should reduce room for mis-configuration.

Forum is also going to be ready in few days

I have my own hosted blogs on different themes and need to create an article set for every blog. How I can do that without using projects?

Also where I can find the archive button?

Not sure you can do that as projects are the basic building block for Rankwyz. Every blog has to belong to at least one project.

pk, you must understand that we are not your enemy. we want help to improve the system when we post bugs here.

i have stopped working with awyz before 2 weeks. i will wait for the next update and will see if it is possible to use it for unique articles or not. if not i will cancel.

LET ME GET THIS STRAIGHT

You automatically roll out updates to your customers LIVE campaigns and HOPE that they login and fix the new settings BEFORE things mess up? I haven't logged into my account since I set the campaign and saw the first few days with successfull posts. I also never received any email updates because of the spam filter, but even so that still has nothing to do with you blaming ME for changes you made to my settings! At the very least you should PAUSE campaigns that you do this to! So you are saying that its MY fault that you changed settings inside my account that RUINED my blog network?

"If you don't have time checking your blogs and at least read Daily Stats email we send you every day, hire a VA"

ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME? Is not the purpose of your service to free up our time and automate our daily tasks with a network?
So now you are saying we should be checking our blogs DAILY? It's insulting how stupid you are....

"You didn't limit though how many times will be posted, this is why some articles were posted several times."

YES I DID! I SELECTED "DELETE AFTER POST" WHEN I SET UP THE CAMPAIGN!
The fact that you REMOVED that filter WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR STOPPING THE CAMPAIGN is exactly the problem here, in which YOU SOLELY CAUSED!
How in the hell are you going to say that your customer's are to blame when SOMETHING YOU CHANGED AUTOMATICALLY caused this issue???? By that notion, then there is no way for you to say that your customer's blog networks are safe from being destroyed by your service!

I'm in noway trying to blame you, just explained that we did everything (we thought of at that moment) to notify users about changes, sent multiple emails, updated forums and displayed alert on the dashboard.

Hi PK, any possible way to extract the live links of the successful posts?

YOU are the brand. And if YOU don't care about YOU... why the f*ck should we? And if you don't respect yourself... how can you respect your customers?!

If you don't get a handle on how bad you look NOW... there won't be a later. You'll get the big black mark of death in the forums and no one will trust you... "Oh...him... wasn't he that guy who had that colossal failure and scammed everyone out of their money while he was beta testing his product?"

Seriously... just that statement alone makes me want to cancel now. The other thing is all the attention I have to give it.

I want to set it and let it work it's magic. It seems that's what you are advertising. But there are so many unknowns... so many issues... so many errors... I really can't rely on anything at this point.
