You've probably tried this, but you might get a solution over at their forum.

There's also a load of ZP users here (myself included) on BHW. Might be worth posting the issue here. I'm no ZP expert, but feel free to ask/PM.

Quite annoyed about the exe thing as I brought it under false pretences, I was told exes are coming soon and never happened months later

Is there any Skype group for ZP? I get stuck sometimes and wish for some immediate help as opposed to posting in the forum.
