Yep, there's two!

CPA Redirector: redirects visitors to CPA offers and fakes the referrer.
CPA Framer: frames CPA offers and fakes the referrer.

One redirects and the other frames.

I just got started using it today.

I'm using the standalone, non-WP version.

It's really quite easy. It's just one file and change a few very simple things in it. The standalone versions's on his blog.
