Would a cc charge back work? Never had to do one, so I'm not sure.

If you paid using cc you can issue a chargeback with your credit card issuer and most likely they will grant it in your favor.I am not sure about the period for your chargeback to be valid as i will also go on Monday to my bank to ask if im eligible for chargeback with my cc

Chargebacks usually have a limitation of about 60-90 days maximum. I don't know when you invested, but I'd be sure to be on the phone first thing Monday morning with your credit card provider and explain what happened. They are usually pretty easy to initiate. Good luck.

Yep i gave up on the years ago..EVERY one ends badly. Too many scamemrs/kids/idiots pretending to actually know what they are doing......not to mention the outright SCAMS! Best to avoid them. I'd say less than 0.5% are legit and trying to to work those out will cost you.

Something just doesn't seem to add up for me. If someone has 3 full time staff members they can dedicate to working on these sites all of the sudden when they should of been doing that all along, surely Sunny, your operation has to be large enough you could start refunding some of the people that asked for it now even if you can't swing everyone right away. I think that would of kept your BHW account alive and showed your commitment to your investors.

His intention was to take our money and run away , he sacrifised his account in the sake of scamming.
He already proved himself incompetence and the fact is he made some crappy sites that wont ever make money so he run away.
I went to my bank today and filled chargeback and i suggest everyone who paid using credit cards to fill chargebacks to get your money back from this scammer.

Relax dude. There is nothing to dispute with you or your paypal if things don't go as planned.I bought 5 sites from you that you no longer wanted. Now the JV is between me and Sunny as far as money is concerned. I am fully aware that this could lose money in the end but you have to take risks in investments to make gains.

I know the plan, I know the risk, and am comfortable giving it a shot. I wouldn't of put up money if I wasn't sure about trying this and seeing what happened. There is no refund offered in the OP so I am commited and you are not resposible. Sometimes I win sometimes I lose just how investing works, but it is kind of hard not to be able to make a few hundred off a site in 6 months to a year.

I thought I knew what I was getting into, atleast I thought he would complete the sites, do some SEO and my links would be on the sites, but of course this is not your problem.

Hopefully Sunny will stand behind his word and at the end of the 6 months man up, sell the sites and make good on the 100$ per site for the unsatisfied investors.

I don't think he intentionally screwed this venture up but obviously he dropped the ball. Now its time to make it right and restore his reputation. I can live with a fuck up as long as he makes it right as he promised and wouldn't hold any grudges over it.

I figure the technical side was more than he could handle with the size of this.He should of asked for help before it got out of hand. I just can't see a way out to where he can profit now. To bad, I think this could of made a little money for everyone. I never expected to make a lot of money but I wanted to learn about these sites. Mostly the SEO aspects.

You posted you are attempting to commit fraud and are encouraging others to do the same.

I want to recover my money just as bad as everyone else but I agreed to give him 6 months as did everyone else when we joined. Yep he fucked it up and I don't agree that he won't give me back my money for another month but I am not a crook and would not attempt fraud to recover my money if that was even an option for me. Not everyone even has a charge back option.

Wake up, if he can connect you to your BHW id he has all the proof he needs of your attempted fraud because you posted it on a public forum.

BZ gave him time to put up a repayment plan and he refused , he will pay you in 6 months? You are delusional already almost 5 months passed with this failure called jv , which actually was a scam , and if there was a chance to sell the sites to repay us he would done that already.These sites wont sell even as they are SHIT , you get it?
You accuse me that i am commiting fraud , well if taking back my money from a scammer , the money that belong to me is called fraud then you are right.But i dont know who would agree in that point of view with you , its ridiculous to call it fraud when i claim what is mine.
