Absolutely! You can filter by speed during testing by lowering the timeout to something that is more within your criteria. To lower the timeout:

1. Click ?Configure?, then select ?HTTP Proxy Testing?
2. In the HTTP Proxy Testing settings, the ?Timeout? value controls the maximum speed allowed for proxies. Lower the timeout to something more within your needs.
3. All proxies tested from that point forward will be no slower than the specified timeout.

Hi kcwe, as innocent mentioned, the issue is not Proxy Multiply containing a virus but rather Proxy Multiply attempting to scrape proxies from a website that Kaspersky has classified as dangerous. To avoid this in the future, you can click Configure -> Proxy Fetching URLs->Open URL Blacklist, and add this URL (or the entire domain) to the URL Blacklist.

It is a very good model in how to design software right.

Hi jman, Proxy Multiply is able to test for HTTP and SOCKS4/5 proxies. You can also configure a specific URL to check against for HTTP proxies using the Configure -> HTTP Proxy Testing -> Check against specific site option. I would strongly recommend that you download a free trial from www.proxymultiply.com/download

Hey kcwebguy, this is not currently a supported feature but I will let you know that the program crawls every single URL in the list, usually within 2-3 minutes. The ordering of URLs hasn't been requested in the past but we will consider adding this feature to a future release!

Hi dontredro, the proxies are public proxies and will work from any IP/computer/software platform.

Hi hnmfvnxe, you can enable the 'Automatically delete dead proxies found during testing' option in the Configure->General menu. Furthermore, if you have a list of old dead proxies, you can click the 'Delete Proxies' button on the main window and select 'Bad/dead/untested proxies' to filter out dead proxies. We are adding additional export options into the next release of Proxy Multiply.

Hi captain, please navigate to your Proxy Multiply install folder and try double clicking the 'Proxy Multiply Updater.exe' file.
