proxy switcher for private proxies (password)

Hey,

I spend ages looking for a proxy switcher that supports private proxies that
requiere a password and username to use.
Did not find any solution.
Tried Elite Proxy Switcher Pro, but it seems as this feature is not present there!

Any suggestions?

I used ?Proxy Switcher? (cracked\trial) for my own private proxy`s. How to do this:

1. Import *.txt proxy-list.
2. Then the program will emulate connection for your own browsers if you will configure them to connect threw ?localhost:3128? (internal proxyServer of ?Proxy Switcher? on your PC)

But sometimes it lagged.
