Just purchased two 5 packs to test out on a couple of domains. One is brand new and not indexed yet so it will be a good test bed for it. The other is more established and ranking at #3 for one keyword and #12 for the second one.

REVIEW
Just received my 2 orders back. They were DMOZ listed as stated, even some Yahoo Direrctories in there too. PR was from PR N/A (for one but very relevant) to PR2.
What I was most impressed with is the sites that one of my links got put on. It's more of an obscure niche and they did a great job matching it up with stuff that is relevant to that niche.
Overall with the price discount and the fact that they are homepage links this is a great deal. I can't report on SERPs yet since I just received the links today. Will buy more soon.

So far d3t0x provided as advertised and beyond. The extra thing that I got from him is the great communication and his availability and quick response in a very positive way to take care of any issue.
