Yes, you are able to import your own list of buddypress sites (as well as sites from other platforms).

It will register account on every sites you selected in the account creation task. The email verification is performed automatically, so you no need to worry about that.

To post to buddypress sites, simply create an article submission task, select the account profiles and the sites you want to submit.
