Safeguarding From Youtube Bans??

What specific things does Youtube look for when banning accounts and is there anyway to safeguard against it? I know there is always competitors flagging your accounts, but when the review team looks at your accounts if you aren't breaking any TOS why are so many people getting the ban hammer. According to their forums you can have as many Youtube/Gmail accounts as you like, but I see people getting banned for having multiple accounts from the same IP and logging into them from the same IP.

there is no review team, i don't belive in this, this is alghoritm only, works this way i think:
- the older video is the more flags it needs to be taken down
- the more likes, subscribers, favs then more flags you must recieve to ban
- the older channel is then better
- if you use spammy words in title, desc, tags (they have words blacklist) they will ba you
- don't put link in description right after upload, wait some time and then put a link , some url shortners are in yt blacklist and using them means instant ban
These are my conclusions after a years uploading videos and ranking them on yt

I got to add that it's perfectly fine to add your own domain to the description. It's just those shortners and affiliate links that raise flags.

Adding on to this, I've heard making your own link-shortner can be quite good for going under the radar.

One of the biggest reason for ban is making multiple accounts from the same ip. I mean, of course there are locations with one ip and from where real users make some accounts, but those accounts are moderately created in a time frame, and from different machines, with maybe various browsers, screen resolution and what not, a totally different computer fingerprint.

Yt is smarter everyday, make sure you are too.

Avoid any footprints. Don't use the same IP. I wouldn't even use the same number for 5 accounts like some people suggest. Use one proxy per account. Don't upload any more than 5 video per account per day.
