Hey guys, I'm looking into fiverr reselling and I've looked on flippa for a few websites that could get me started. I've found a few however there is one that really has my interest. The current bid is at $100 and the auction ends tomorrow. It is a youtube view selling website that looks very profession and has multiple articles and testimonials. If you could post below as to whether this seems legit or not that would be great. I can message you the auction if you wish.

Here are the current stats of the website:

Is it a fiver resale service? Where is he getting traffic?

I'd ignore everything else but the design - if you couldn't build it cheaper than you could buy it then go for it. So if it stays around $100 then buy it.

If you could build it cheaper then do it yourself - flippa is so full of thieves and scammers that the claimed income is laughable. I'd only believe figures on flippa if I saw them thru teamviewer or similar - (with no warning so they can't fake it)

So hes going to sell a site for 100 that makes 12 times that a month? I need to hit flippa!

Thank you guys, I think I'm going to go with partymarty's advice. Even if his revenues aren't true, I believe that the design is very worth the $100 and that I could easily turn a profit within 1-2 weeks.

Thanks !

LMFAO Duration 35 seconds and a Bounce rate 71% omg. You'd think for the $2500 a lick he's ripping buyers for that he could afford a better bot.

Claiming months of revenue but can only show you one month of traffic - yeah ok.

Don't expect any traffic or revenue from this site and don't expect he'll sell for cheap. His last one like this went for $2500.

The site has serious trademark issues not only with the name but the logos as well. Don't spend more than you can afford to toss in the trash. You could receive a C&D a week after purchase. There's a damn good reason Flippa won't allow youtube domains to be listed. They don't want Youtube on their ass. Pick this site up and pray Perkins & Cole don't come knocking. Personally I wouldn't take the site if the seller GAVE it to me.

Wow thank you for this eye opener. I thought I had a steal here lol. After reading this I checked the buy it now price and it was $8,000! There is no way this guy was going to sell for a mere $100.

So, if I were to design a reselling site myself, you're saying I could be in-danger of copy right?

Such social services sites are common on flippa.

If you search a bit and have patience to wait for the right site, you can easily get one for under $100.

I've notice alot of people on Flippa create's multiple site using the same template and sells it off as original. Becareful OP. Prices that goes for that low with such a claim "profitable" margin is usually bullsh*t. A thing i've learn before jumping into it is.

Would you sell something something for a $100 if it makes you a stable income of $2000?

I can't believe people selling so crappy sites on flippa...

That site on alexa rank is 5mil and something my site which is 2 months old is 3mil so you think for yourself

just tried to sell my pr6 with 10 inner pr5 pages on there and its about ranking on top online although it has shitty traffic its for local ranking.
but point is only got offered $1,400 for it. lmao, i seen faked traffic and alexa and although i dont sell products i sell services & I think that was the issue they want something they can just resell.
where are all the good sites to sell now?
I think with enough business strategy and money someone could be tthe new big dogs. and build a nice empire.

There is a whole science to successfully selling on Flippa. Just tossing sites on there, even good sites, will not always get you the best price.

Are you going for the look, or can you actually continue to run the business?

Alexa rank +5million and he is claiming how many visits per day and how much revenue. Don't waste your money check other sites he has sold in his profile if they are similar niche / design or content all he doing is making shitty template sites with fake traffic and revenue like 95% of the sellers on the scam fest of a marketplace.
