I got the high PR links from OP which was top notch quality with exactly the PR what is advertised and OBl is also less which is again a good sign.
Few links were deleted so i request for missing links immediately in 24hrs he replaced them so A++ here.
Overall i am happy and highly recommended A++

Not seen any movement yet, but I did use only 20% targeted anchor as I'm trying to build natural profile.
