I agree closing the thread won't help in my opinion. I own a lifetime licence.

I apologize if you guys misunderstood me, I am not closing the thread in hopes to make things go away or to push any issues under the table. I am closing the thread so the staff can get to the bottom of things and figure out whats going on.
