People can help you with knowledge my friend, but like there's no free lunch in this world, there won't be any free services( you like it or not). Everyone of us had a starting point (where you are now) and we never got any free service just because we were new to this over-whelming world of internet marketing.

Manually REGISTER them and type the captchas manually - go to signature - drop your backlink.
