Just thought I would report on my efforts. First, though Kammy gives you the "gist" of what you need to do, I found this method requires HEAVY modification to reach it's full potential. Do not copy Kammys ad. I checked his London ad and honestly, I don't know how in the hell he is making any money at all with it unless he is mass spamming CL.

Anyway, in the last 2 days I have used one CL account and posted only three ads.Through trial and error, I have modified my ad and found what works. I am converting well with a $20.00 FreeCreditReport.com offer.
Tomorrow, I am going to hit CL HARD and make the big bucks.

Also, I have a method that does not require that your contact send you their credit report, which eliminates the worry of obtaining the personal information of another via false claim, which in some regions is unlawful.

The good word is that YES, this works! AND it works WAYYY better than the apartment ad (I know, I tried). I am willing to help people make ads that get results and make this convert. PM me.

Making the Ad look as un-spammy as humanly possible works better. So did you make big bucks?
This method can easily be adapted. Thats if you dont mind wasting peoples time. Is there such this as bad karma to a black hatter?!?

I personally think this method is straight up too blatantly dishonest. This is not Austrailia, but what you are doing is very traceable. Fraud by email is same as regular mail in USA. The trace record is right on your affiliate account?

you better hope none of these people get their identity stolen in the near future. they'll think back and say oh yeah i did send this guy my credit report last month.. you'll have a lot of explaining to do if they decide to report your ass.

Everyone who is worried about fraud should be able to look at this and see that it's obviously a fraudulent method. The only question you have to ponder is how likely are you to get caught.

The likelihood is low, but if you are worried you should check your local criminal statutes to see if you risk jail time. Most places will see this as a civil matter and will just try to get you financially.

Anytime you misrepresent someone else's product the owner of that product can sue you. Bait and switch is illegal in America and the customer doesn't have to spend money for you to get in legal trouble. Enticing someone with an offer that doesn't exist with the sole intent of directing them to another offer is not legal.

Most intelligent consumers will not go for this offer so you will probably not have to worry about the consumer being smart enough to come after you legally, but they do have legal grounds to come after you in most places.

for you to find out for your self my friend.. test instead of asking.. the answer would just send a swarm of people to the listed site.. ANYWHERE you can advertise products and services is a place to list..
lol.. above a thread said they seen MY persoanl add.. and that it was shit etc etc etc.. when this wasnt even exploited on craiglist!!! so whoever does craiglist.. was the first!
i have my own personal ways to promote that which worked wonders... unfortuantely would like to keep silent for other reasons!

high conversions rates cause alarms to ring.. at times..

Thanks for the post. Tried this out but when i email my affiliate link it seems to have changed by the time it reaches the customer.. i noticed the bracket symbol ( gets changed for %28 %29 and so i get a Link not active message. Sometimes the link appears the same in the address bar but the title bar shows the %28 where brackets should be. Strangely tho it sometimes works, it seems to be dependant on what service im emailing from and to. Also browser seems to make a difference.
Any help gratefully received, i am but a lowly confused noob

p.s. i dont think they will be as mad if you told them you already sold it to someone else...after they do the credit report.
