- A full colour copy of a valid, official identification document

i have a business account just opened on paypal with my business in seychelles. but my bankaccount is in hong kong and paypal will only accept bank from seychelles or US. what do i do? can you help? did you use to offer paypal accounts with us bank and visa attatched, what happened?
