Well the trick is very simple.Works well for finding:
1) Guestbook
2) Image Comments
3) Blog Comments

GSA provides default spun content for above three which nobody generally cares to change.
Like for German Guesbook its:
{Super|Nette|Gute} {Website|Seite|Webpage}. {Danke|Vielen Dank}.
which gives following variations:
"Gute Seite. Vielen Dank."
"Nette Seite. Vielen Dank."
"Super Website. Danke."
"Nette Webpage. Vielen Dank." etc.

Now just google them and you have a working list of guestbooks where GSA guys have been spamming.
For scraping results you can either use GSA internal scraper or scrapebox.
Repeat the step with blog comments/image comments :) You might hit a PR6 ******** link with 5 OBL as of yet!!

To all the GSA users- Don't be lazy.Start using different spun content.

Though they sound to be simple it is really challenging task for the users,, they are supposed to find the niche related blog for commenting guest posting.. not only niche but there are several factors to be noted.

But would you really want your link on websites where people who are too lazy to even change the default comment link from?

@ritesh
Its a cool method, used them for other things too.

So to all, who really need targeted sites quickly, should use this method which ritesh suggest and additional think outside the box. It works :)
