That actually depends to the person who is looking for them. For example, a person who is a newbie and is just looking to start with his new blog might not prefer these but some popular rayban seller in canada might purchase raybancanada.com for even a big grand.

You're free to development them out, monetize away. But expect them to be taken in UDRP eventually if you start producing a decent return.
