Paypal issues

Like many I too have now been banned from paypal. Im trying to get back up and running so I can again purchase items for my business. I've tried using different email/address/CC but still get brought down. What am I missing? Someone please help me or even sell me a paypal account. I don't care at this point just need to get things rolling again.

Incase it matters previous account was frozen for mod chip/system sales. Which at this point I am done with that but my repair business still needs paypal.

Oh also I've got an OLD account from the early 90s that was locked because my roommate used it to sell an item and never shipped it. Been locked for atleast 8-10 yrs. Would it be worth calling and trying to get that re-activated if possible? The bank account is long since closed and address is different. I didn't want to touch anything until I have had responses from people with experience.

They know your ip address. They likely have basic cookies installed in your browswer and probably have flash cookies written as well. All of that has to go.

Ok so I've been reading the listed link and several others before posting. I guess I'm just looking for clarification as its alot of information to take in at once. So I created an account last night - since I didn't create new windows account / clear cookies and history Im assuming that account should just be abandoned correct?

So from my understanding - New windows / IP address to create new account (can I use same address or need a new one?) Once thats done just find one of these VCCs that I'm reading about?

Unsure of this statement..... yes I have different banned accounts. My original and then my second as listed above that was made with new address/CC/email

So I will go ahead with creating a new account on another email address - is there anything else Im missing besides new windows account, new IP, unused address. Assuming from there i can load in money through greendot and verify with VCC. Should I wait before loading money or making small purchases?

Why can't you just purchase with the VCC? If it's a paypal merchant you can purchase without setting up a paypal account.

Im working on getting that and setting up. I'm just learning how VCC works and until joining here didn't know that was even a possibility.
