Green dot moneypak card = $ making method?

i saw some on there $100 card for $150, $40 for $66, $300 card for $400.... I got talking to one if the guys on there and apparently he has a site ...i checked it out and it seems legit. PM me for site, I think it's worth looking at, very basic and crude though. I can't post sites yet
I sent him a open ended message telling him of an error he had on his page and a url tip, hoping that he would engage and let me pick his brain a little. I told him I dabble in IM to entice him haha. I want to know is he pushing traffic? How many sales he's getting? How long he's been doing this? etc... I thought this might be something easy and straight forward to get into and you could always scale up and add twist...best is you can get the orders first then go get cards=no out of pocket
SO...what do you think?
to answeerr your ?...by the time ebay takes their cut, gas/time to get/charge cards, 4.95 to purchase card...maybe anywhere from $10-$100 depending on card sold, but like I said...no upfront out of pocket (kind of), and you can sell unlimited supply...sounds promising to me

I don't know this business but why would people pay so much for a GDMP card? Can people explain to me?

Because there are countries outside of US too. 90% of them doesnt have the dropaway virtual credit card feature to pay online with and stay anon, use fake name, 'wash' money etc.

Lol, I guess that makes sense. What amazes me is the VIG the guy charges for GDMP-- Sounds like a opportunity haha
Where did you find them, on eBay.com? I did not find even one offer for green dot money pack there?!

If I am the seller of the card, I am not responsible for what my buyer will do with it .... I just sell it, make profit, that's it!

I think people who are buying this are from countries where they cannot buy these in a store or anywhere else than off the Internet ....
Maybe this is just me....because my mind occcasionally works in this manner (although I promise Im a good person)
This is just the first "for instance" that came to mind for me (based on the economic turmoil in the US at least):
1) Moneypak has to be purchased with cash
2) BUYER is broke but has 10,000 limit on his credit card with no cash advance left, purchasing power only
3) BUYER uses his credit card to purchase moneypak cards via paypal (ebay) for 1.5 dollars on the dollar or whatever the VIG he chooses to pay
4) BUYER then has a moneypak to add to his GreenDot card and withdrawl cash that he was unable to otherwise get from his CC
There are about 100 scenarios that come immediately to my mind, but thats just one of them

after a little research they are used heavily in online poker as well and are heavily traded
Player A needs money in his poker account and offers to buy 100 worth of credit for 100. Player B will only accept GDMP because paypal has rules against it and it offers him no protection on a chargeback for selling the poker credit. Since Player A is from a country where he cannot fund his account with a credit card or bank account, he then goes and buys a GDMP for a premium since they are not offered in his country and sends Player B the money for Player B's poker credit. Player B has no worry that Player A can do a chargeback or anything else on the credit once its out of his poker account.
