MobileLeads.com Does Not Pay

Just a warning for my friends here at BHW:

I earned a little over $700 in commissions with this network back in Oct. The payment was due Nov 30th 2012. Today it's Dec 7th 2012 and I still don't have a payment. I emailed them the day of payout and was told by Amy that the company is having a hard time financially and can't pay right now. We have a signed contract that very clearly states that MobileLeads.com is liable for payments on the 30th of the next month after a commission is generated. They are breaking our signed agreement. I've been emailing all week that I must receive payment by today or I will take legal action. Every reply is the same, we can't pay right now. My advise, stay away. I've attached emails from Amy for proof.
