This is a nice site by Indian standards, and I guess most of the visitors come from India and Pakistan...I see the content is fresh and titles look nice.
Deffo deserves the 13,000 at Alexa.

but he says site only gets 200uv per day
i doubt that is sufficient to get him 13k alexa

i've heard many times that the alexa toolbar is what gets ranking up.... get as many people to install it and make them visit your site daily with long viewing time

Sure, but personally I would never sink as low as encouraging my visitors to install any toolbar crap just so that I could rank higher on some metric that adds no value whatsoever. But each on their own.
