F A E In my country - Latvia (is there anyone else here from LV?) my friends (18-22) make no more than 'bout 1000$/mon, and a lot of people, not only young ones, with highest education make about 1,- 5,k$/mon. The highest class citizens make about 6, - 15,k$/mon, but that is the tops, unless you do something illegal.

It might seem bad, but it's really not. We do have fastfood (you can eat for 'bout 5$), you can drink all night at a pub for bout 50$ etc. Everyone has smartphone, 3G recepton is good, drivable cheap-end cars cost starting from 500$. It's not that bad, really. And girls are gorgeous, believe me

I dont make allmost anything from IM right now, but after I discovered this great forum, I've been learning a lot. I'll just keep reading threads for some time, asking questions and then go with a bang.

Last but not least, I'd like to say that if I made 'bout 2 - 4$/mon I'd be like the richest 19y/o in Latvia.

I am a Canadian. Retired. Lived in Colombia South America for 3 years. I left there because I could not speak good Spanish. I spent a short time in Thailand. Thais hate foreigners and you have to leave the country every month to renew your Visa. I now live in the Philippines. Here most Philippinos can speak some English. Everything is posted in English. Women here are very different than Western women. I love the asain eyes. . I rent a new and very nice condo for only $125 US a month. My internet is $25. Fruit and fish are cheap and fresh. You do not need gold jewlery or fancy cars to attract these women. You have the WOW factor if you are a foreigner. Most of these girls love foreigners. If your fat, ugly or old it does not matter!
I love going for a walk early in the morning at the boardwalk. In the evening there are hundreds of people walking here. You can meet girls here really easy.

There are lots of foreigners here in Dumaguete City. Lots of places to meet and lots of things to do. I bought a little 125cc motor bike here for only $750 US. .

Cebu is over rated. Lots of pollution. Things shut with heavy rains. Lots of flooding. I livein Dumaguet City. You can take Philippine Martial Arts with the Grandmaster of the Philippines. I pay $2 for my g/f to take this every Sunday. You can also take Arnes with him (Philippines stick fighting). I love the country of Thailand but don't like it's people. Panama is getting very expensive.

I live in the Indian subcontinent and I make it a point to never show off my worth. I drive a very modest car even by Indian standards and I make sure that none of my bank or stock statements never get sent by post. Cops evrywhere. People are jealous, everybody tries to take advantage of you

And I dont need to show my fucking ID in a restaurant that I visited for one year suddenly because somebody says so. I fucking decide when I am going to drink or not on my own terms.

Also in Vancouver there are cops(at least a dozen) harassing evryone that park is closed everyone must leave. LOL Illegal to stay on the beach after 9pm to watch sunset!!!!!!!!!! LOL that is a developed FREE country? ROFLMAO

American countries dont even smell like freedom. Nobody has the right to know how much money I make under no circumstances and I have the right to whatever I desire at all times without infringing the rights of others(thats a God given right).

US, Canada, UK has the worst everything. I mean everything fucking sucks: clubs, restaurants, GMO foods, police, harassment at customs, worlds shittiest banks, property sucks(fuck taxes I am not paying rent to the govt for million dollar apts), fucking cops.

Third world is the best, THAT IS WHAT YOU CALL GOODLIFE by being able to afford anything you desire at all times without being harassed. And 3rd world offers just that.

Fcuk who thinks about $100 per day here? That's a hell lot of money in India. I would completely agree with tas26's post. In countries such as India, Pakistan, Bangladesh - $100 matters! I know people here who make their living with $100 per month. It's a huge sum dudes...

But then, you get your daily-needed-goods a lot cheaper than places like UK and US. So people don't die....

I live in Central Israel. 100$ a day is slightly more than the average monthly salary. The Arab regions and ultra orthodox Jewish populations are much poorer and live like in the third world.

I am from a third world country, but the definition of what a third world country is very blurred. In third world countries if you have money you have respect. I woud then use the term developed and developing countries but in countries like Russia which many people say is developing they have an abundance of welathy and moscow is frightfully expensive.

I mean just be frank.
All the First world citizens : Have you ever not toyed with the idea of moving to a place where the expenses can be less. I remember on movie "Hostel". When that student gave the hotel staff some tip he yelled I am going to open my own hotel.

All the Second world Citizens: Have you ever not thought of living in a place where there is more stability?

All the third world citizens: You are always thinking of coming to UK or U.S.A.:

Off line we all have fought with our friends and parents to say that our own place is very bad and we should move to better places.

But see when we see a fight like this we are trying to say our place is the best one.

I am from Argentina (south america), a 3rd world country, and one of the main reason I started working as an IM was because of the dollar exchange according to our Argentinean pesos.

Right now the exchange is 1 dollar --> 5 Argentinean peso.

Having in mind that you can have a family with 1 kid for 10000 pesos, earning just 2000 dollars a month is MORE than enough to have a good life in this country.

My aim is to get to the 5000 dollars per month working in this profession, and I will finally quit my full time job (I am a web developer), and I will start living the good life with a not-that-high month salary hehe.
