Okay, so I tried out the 7-day trial and opted to for the $67 a month plan. So far, the service has been excellent. For those of you that are having trouble getting a hold of support, you may want to keep in mind that these guys are clearly not on USA time. By my calculations, they're somewhere in East Europe, so when Americans are going to bed, they're getting up--I'm assuming.
The great thing about this service is the versatility. I was considering using Taktical's service as it actually provides about 60% more signals at a slightly elevated price, but you only get 3 URLs per month. That simply won't due for me. I'm churning out unique content on my clients blogs a couple times a week and in order to get signals to every blog post plus regular URLS, I need the ability to change my URLs or add new ones. This service provides that.
I had a blog that was ranking 16 consistently jump up to 11 so I'm hoping with a few more backlinks and signals that sucker will be on the first page by next week. There is one flaw that I think needs to be fixed (although support did accommodate me with this) and that is we have to be able to get actual Likes on the business/fanpages.
There's no way 30+ people share or like something from a URL everyday and then not one of them actually Likes the main page. That's not natural. Like I said, support was kind enough to give me a nice flood of likes last night and they've promised to give me more daily, but I know the original service didn't have that, and I think it's essential.
Overall, so far, Luka has been awesome and the service is doing exactly what it promised, so I give it a 4.5/5. If they fix the Liking your actual page, it's a freaking 6 out of 5.

Tried this a while back and got refund since there was some bugs to get worked out.
Just signed up again by logging in to my old account and started my first 500 social signals. I also re-subscribed for the 500 signals a month plan.
Looking forward to results and will check my dashboard in a couple days to see if the signals have started.

Weird, could you PM me your issue?
We have people asking us why are you not receiving reports "daily", almost everyone is getting reports daily, but if you are not, the reason is because you have set a number of signals under 30 per month, and obviously we cannot deliver on a daily basis (If you submitted 10 social signals, how can we deliver a daily report for 30 days, it is drip-fed).

You say "no illegal pharmacy content" in fact YOU REFUSE ANY LEGAL HARMACY CONTENT This results in frustration and big waste of time. If you don't allow any RX even from licensed, registered clinics and pharmacies, why not just say so and avoid wassting peoples time. I even took the trouble of opening a ticket to point out that my site was legal RX and pointing you to a link where you could check the pharmacy registration, bjut still all the URLs were declined. Why not say it like it is... NO RX LICENSED OR OTHERWISE.

I got a small issue with the system, but Luka and his team fixed that in no time and gave me free credits as compensation. Very good and professional service here. Recommended!

Is there a way for you to add some credits to my account so I can test the service? PayPal is telling me I need to wait 2-3 days to confirm the deposit amounts. I just want to try the service to see if I like it! This is a real pain as I don't like using PayPal...

I believe you should already be seeing reports.
If you are doing trial, then we have to deliver it in 7 days, so whatever signals you set, it will be drip-fed in those 7 days, this is ONLY for TRIAL, in the real membership it is drip-fed through out 30 days.

Unfortunately we do not have other payment options, 2CO etc don't accept the trial feature, only PayPal does, so we went with PayPal.

Their support ticket is not showing any ID and slow in reply in 2012. Hope can be improved in 2013.
