Now before anyone feels offended by the thread title...
The word "bitch" is directed at Twitter.
And Twitter can be a bitch if you don't play the Twitter "game" the right way.

I remember when I used my first Twitter bot. It was quit an expensive one
and created accounts and posted tweets 24/7.
Problem was that the accounts needed manual editing at that time to make them look legit.
Unless you wanted to get famous on Twitter with the little egg avatar

You won't have that problem with Tweetdoom.
It creates accounts with profile pics and bios, follows a couple of other accounts and verifies them.
When I review bots that create accounts I take around 5 days to see if the accounts stick.
In the last couple of days I posted a couple of non-spammy tweets with all of them.
They are all still alive today when I did my final check.

The bot is pretty fast.
Feed it enough emails and in no time you will enough verified Twitter accounts to
start a major campaign.
Note: success rate of the bot is good but as with all bots success rate won't be 100%.
Not a big problem imo. Hotmails are cheap and will do fine.

I've created 1,000 of accounts with in an hour which is totally incredible. If you are in twitter game and want to make thousands of accounts in a day then this software is perfect for you. One of the amazing thing about this bot is that you will have accounts with profile pictures and bio's as well which makes accounts more legitimate.

I've checked all my accounts yesterday and all are alive and not a single of it has been deleted.

I was offered a review copy of Tweetdoom prior to the release, this tool is superb for twitter account creation. The accounts created with his software look hundred percent genuine!! It doesn't require any images/info for profile creation just emails and proxies are all that's required. Great value for money, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
