Guide :-


1. Just click sign up.
2. Select your country: For people living in US , select CANDA if US is not there in list
3. Type your phone number(no dashes(-)): (Area Code)(Rest of number) e.g. 2955036969
3. Check the box for the "I hereby read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions. "
4. Click 'Call Me'
5. They will call you and just type in your own pin code.
6. Log in with the number and pin code, don't forget to select the country you selected before.
7. Just fill out some bull stuff for the Name and what not, use a real email if you choose.
8. Finally click on the right, 'Create a new VCC' and bam you will have a fresh VCC created!

i just registered and it works but they don't send you a pin.. they call your phone and you enter a 4 digit pin yourself
but the card is useless for paypal since paypal charges the card and this ones is empty.

no i concentraded on making money online which works quite good ... and dont hang all the time here in bhw and read dumb answers of newbees which have no better to do than answering with bullshit on a legit question.

and i am not form the us .. so i dont live on credit and virtual credit cards ... whatever you need them for.

I think their point is if you're doing Internet Marketing, you're supposed to know what VCC is or at least know how to use Google to find out what VCC means. Don't get mad at me, I'm just interpreting their answers...
