The scrapebox team doesn't answer the tickets, they don't transfer any licence . I've waited at least one week.

Is this the end? I don't know how much can one time fee sustain it a product? Did you experience the same problems?

My scrapebox licences were last updated a couple of days ago. They have just released new pro addons (scheduler etc)

Scrapebox is fine.
One delayed ticket doesn;'t mean "the end"
Scrapebox team is basically one person (Sweetfunny) Holidays, illness - who knows..
In 2010 I waited 11+ weeks for an update on SENuke (got an automated reply in minutes, and a full reply almost 3 months later)
Shit happens.

I don't know, but if you include complete information like your PayPal transaction ID and everything, it may happen without you knowing.

I mean, I waited for a whole week. But when I tried activating on a new host, it works.

Typically they have a 24 hour response time. Make sure you do the obvious and check your spam box for a reply.

Hmmmm. Im not having a communication problem at all. I had to get them to change license on a new computer and they responded right away. Are you sure you have the correct email?

thats interesting, I too have been trying all week to transfer the licence. ive emails support 4 times and nothing back. It would be truly devastating if SB were to fold. They had problems not long ago with their servers lets hope its just a glitch.

waiting since 2 weeks, the transactions and the info are ok, isn't the first time when I've transferred. Also I've written 2 tickets from 2 different email, I always check my spam folder. I'm not that noob

Anyway I'm glad that the other are OK. I'm closing this post.
