How do I know the amount of data transfer (bandwidth) I am using for current month? Is there a control panel I didn't notice? How do I reboot without logging in?

I know, it's likely I won't pass the limit... but it's nice to know the insight so I can plan in the future.

Also, are there any specials for unmanaged Linux VPS?
