Image Scraper for MAC?

hey guys! ive been browing all over everywhere for an image scraper for mac that works as follows :

-scrapes images from websites
-downloads the full size image, not the thumbnail
-saves images into a selected file folder

so far ive come up with nada. Ive already tried downthemall and thumbsdown, which dont work(or imnot using them right)
i also have imgaehostgrabber that is ineffective as well(constantly shows 'running' with a blank screen). Im using mac osx 10.6.8
ive got safar, firefox, and google chrome as web browsers. If anyone, ANNNYYYONE can help me out, please do. Thanks guys

Forget about such softwares for Mac, there are almost none (and those that exist doesn't work or hasn't been updated for ages) - You've just learned it.

Get a PC version and run it in parallels or on a VPS, this is the way to go when you're in this business with a mac

I've been using DownThemAll without any issues. For some sites you might have to tweak it a bit, but otherwise has worked just perfectly.

im using this for a tumblr nsfw blog of mine. tired of having the same pics evveryone else has. the problem im facing is that 90% of xxx pics are usually thumbnails that click thru to a porn site with the image on it and not the image itself. otherwise downthemall works well. any tips?

You can get a vps for $30/month and run SB. Have SB save by folder then directly to Dropbox so they show up on your Mac. This works if you want to scrape G for your images.

Thats a very good idea that i most definitely will implement once i make some more money from my cpa. What im trying to do with my tumblr is build an adequate amount of followers and uv's. Once i get enough(at least a 1000 followers) i'll slowly ad some adverts and cpa links to the blog. Im trying to build some form of 'trust' so to speak before i tell people to click this, and sign up for that.

i do, but alot of images arent really linked to its orignal image(they open in a new window to a different site) i guess im asking for the impossible lol
