Outbound traffic means - Traffic sent outside of server. If you download a song from server that considered as outbound traffic.
If you upload a song/file to a server it's considered as inbound traffic.
Most of the cloud providers offer free inbound traffic and charge for outbound.

No, outbound is upload, inbound is download. So you can upload only 25GB. But that wasn't the question, i only made an observation thanks anyway.
