Looking for partner to establish a webcam Studio

I am looking for some one with experience in setting up a webcam studios.

In past I have promoted some webcam website and also referred some models to webcam website.

And also I am a little familiar with how a webcam studio business is running from outside, But i dont have any inside experience about it, I dont know much about what the issues and problem may occur, So I am looking for some one who is motivated and have experience in setting up and running web cam studios, Some one who had dealt with webcam models before and know these stuff well.
