Hi guys, I have a small issue here. :)

I have dozens of domains hosted with an seo hosting company but recently i bought 20 new shared hosting accounts to add few sites there as well. Problem is, how do you manage what you have? Ip with website, maybe some in a certain niche, hosting accounts after hosting accounts and so on - how do you keep these organised? :)

Depending on how large your network size is and how many IPs you have. I would put 1-2 sites from the same niche onto each IP.

Haha I thought about Excel mate but don't have a plan on how to arrange them in my mind, it's a total mess!

Oopps I should read the question...

Yeah Excel. Use multi tabs for each IP or niche whatever you prefer

there are some software out there which can help you manage all in one roof ~

Excel and perhaps if you have the $ hire a virtual assistant whose job is to manage, add content, etc. on your network.

How many hosting accounts do you guys have?!

Are you talking about multiple IPs/servers billed by the same host? Or are you talking about hosting with several different companies?

Happily i only have a few sites so far. i expect to build more so i guess i will run in this problem to. why don't you like excel though? you could make a sheet with registrars, another with hosts, another with domains, another accounts (ftp, email, etc). i think it would work well enough

I hired one good employee to manage our blog network safe & secured.

Excel and staying organized from the beginning, it's not really that difficult.

We use only dedicated IP's..we use a software that manages it all tells us all the IP's for each site..passwords...etc..and then verifies that each site is working right (that you can login..the site is online..and is stilll doing what it is supposed to)...

I use ArticleWyz to manage a private blog network. But because of the amount of content I need to fill 250 sites I only use it for tier 2 links (crappy spun content). But I'd be curious to know how many sites most people here have in their networks and how they manage the content for them.

If you mean how do we get the content we have a team of people that write it and then someone to spin it. If you mean how does it interact we load it in the software along with keywords and the links and the software posts spun versions of the articles and rotates in the links keywords etc (3 tiers). We tell it how many days and it has a human dripping function that drips it. If we wanted I can also reverse it all and undo it... (no not selling it or anything just bored)
