I see reading comprehension isn't your strong suit -- You were submitted to all 5, approved across 4. I can't promise 100% approval rates across the 100+ sites that show up on your report.

Review:

This press release service looked like it was going to be my 'Go To' place for press releases for my clients, but I was wrong.

They actually sent me a report with the wrong article for the SEOPressReleases submission. My release is about landscaping, but I received a release about breast implants or something. I alerted them on Skype about it, and they were not very responsive, but they fixed that problem. After that, my report only showed 1 link to 1 paid press release (They advertise 5). I alerted them on Skype and got no response once again. The TAT has already come and gone. It was only until I threatened with a dispute that they actually gave me a report that contained more than 1 or 2 links to press releases.

Then I noticed that they advertise 5 paid press release site submissions, but I only received 4. After a small discussion with them (he finally answered), he told me that I probably won't be getting it because their website is down a lot (I went on the site and it was up). No apology, no sign of good business ethics whatsoever. (I can post screens if necessary, but hopefully it wont be).

Ben was extremely rude on Skype - He was being sarcastic and snarky. I've been in the SEO game for quite some time, and have never dealt with someone so unprofessional, rude and just plain not-helpful.

Overall - I have never dealt with a worse service provider. The service did not deliver what it advertised, or even in the allotted time. The customer service was ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS.

I'd like to retract this review - After seeing the results, I've come to find that this service is actually pretty great. My client saw a nice wave of traffic and sales after this PR blast went out. Very sorry for the confusion, and I'll definitely be ordering more.

I am not sure what happened but this was probably the worst press release service I have ever used. The articles were written poorly and had bad formatting. The companies promoted are in Atlanta GA but the press release says San Francisco. The links were not posted properly... one of the clients is actually working on his site and the provider linked to the "build" version of the site instead of the domain that I requested... and this will make the link worthless in about a week.

The reports are also missing in action and so far only one page is indexed in Google... not even sure what to think.... lol

A really simple first step would have been to contact me. Instead you make zero contact and immediately start a paypal dispute/thread review...

Mistakes happen, you run a business, I'm sure you understand this. I have no problem fixing mistakes.

Now onto your claims. "Poorly written articles" - I read over them and do not see where you are coming from. They are well written and from your niche. From looking at your order instructions it looks like you didn't understand my service when you bought it. We write on current news around your sites topic.

"bad formatting" come on, did you think this comment through? First, off I don't get where the formatting is "bad", but most importantly, the formatting does not matter at all. This is just the article on a Google doc. Formatting will be changed to adhere to the rules of each press release site it's posted to.

"Companies are from Atlanta, PR from San Francisco" Did you provide me contact information in your order? No, you didn't. So what do I do? I have to go off my news contact information as an intermediary.

"The reports are missing in action" - The reports are actually already assembling on your doc and we are currently 8 DAYS ahead of schedule on our TAT for reports on your order. So maybe have a bit of patience and at least wait for the threads suggested TAT time.

Now we did make a mistake on your links and I honestly don't see why. Just an honest mistake, it happens. For that we do owe you another order or a refund. You should have just contacted me and I could have easily cleared this up. Your other claims are also just not true. I can post the order here if you like to verify.

With his cheap price, this service is highly recommended.

We send the Google doc while we are submitting it. It takes a couple days for approvals. So if you email us quick enough after receiving the Google doc we can make changes. Other then that, no approval process. Too many people just never respond when I have had an approval process in the past. You would be surprised at how many people order and then just completely forget.
