I'd download it as a .txt file and import it to excel, google docs, openoffice, etc as a tab seperated file, so it looks cleaner.
Also, note that the % increase in popularity (some say 5,000%, some say 40%, and everything in between) is relative to how often the phrases were searched before the 90 days. So highest percentage gains dont necessarily equal the most searched keywords, just the biggest increase. So if "gungam style" only had 100 searches before, then started getting 500,000+ searches a month (i know it's more than that), it would be in the 5,000% gains group. But if a keyword had 1,000,000 searches a month, and doubled to 2,000,000 searches a month, it would only be a 200% gain.
Hope that makes sense. If not just ignore the % and run the keywords through some KW tools to see some stats. Should be a decent starting place. Ignore the phrases with gibberish letters, it just means the search phrase didn't use english characters.
