Hello,

I have been on this forum for some years and made several 100 posts here, but now I am considering to discontinue any activity here.
It is a very nice and great forum here, and I have been here nearly every day.
In all this time I never had any problems, neither with members, mods or whoever.
However, for the last two days, I continously receive infractions and warnings for things I have always done and many other members also do.
So if this is the new way of this forum to treat one member different than the other, then this is not for me.
Getting penalized for offering information for all members here is not what I am looking for.

I received an infraction for 6 months for "selling outside of BST" for posting a sales thread in dropshipping&wholesales hookups. If you go to this section, you will see that nearly every second thread is a sales thread there, and there are many sellers that are dubious. But they can go on selling and their threads will not be deleted.

Also I posted a website on bhw lounge where you can buy many products for 50-90% off and got a warning for advertising spam. As this was a direct link and no referral/affiliate link, I really don't understand the problem.

Like I said, been here for more than 2 years with 700+ posts and never had any problems, now 2 warnings within 2 days. And for things I have always done, everyone does, and that were never a problem.

If it is now the case that I have to consider if it allowed or not before posting anything, then I am better off posting nothing.
And others can go on selling replicas and SE'd products without any problem.

I don't think anyone is treated differently. If you follow the rules, you won't get infractions.

It is clearly visible that in dropshipping&wholesale hookups nearly every second poster tries to sell something. And these threads are not deleted and they do not get infractions. There are sellers which OBVIOUSLY aren't serious at all. Just talking about all those iPhone dealers selling factory unlocked phones at half the price Apple itself does .....

I never sold such nonsense, I was selling game keys or virtual items and there were was never any problem. I also did not get a reply to my questions what was the reason for the infraction.

it is not for sure that someone is a serious seller just because he is a donor/vip
it is also possible that a guy that came here today and made his first post can be a good and trustworthy seller, but it could also be that he came here just for scamming and will disappear again .....

If some mod means that he has to delete my thread then he can do it, but I do not accept a 6 months infraction for this, as I am a LEGIT member and seller here which everyone who ever dealt with me here can proof ....

What makes you think you've the right to spam your products and services outside BST?

Follow what most of the members follow and feel is right, not what only you feel is right.

Try to understand what you are doing wrong or whether you've done anything wrong... that could be a great exercise for you to help your future! You can do wonderfully well for your business here if you understand the 'logic' behind those infractions and rules.

That's fine too! I guess you could do very well by reporting those members who are trying to sell outside BST. You'd do a wonderful silent service for the community!

Some competition less for you in the process too! Only if you follow proper rules then, or else I'd report your illegal sales posts (outside BST, i.e.).

Instead of whining about the infractions you received you should find the reason why you received that. If someone else is doing the same means those might have not been noticed yet. Moderators here work way too hard to make this community clutter free.

Don't take it personal but rather find the reason and clarify it.

Let me elaborate your point of view clearly. You mean to say that Since there are many murderers and rapists out there committing heinous crimes, and they are getting away with it, so you can also commit those crimes and expect getting away. Why? Because, others got away, so why can't you. Right? That's truly insane.

If there are people doing something wrong, then you should bring that up to the mods, they will take the required actions. I, for one, completely trust the mods of this forum. They're not biased at all. You broke the rule of this forum, so you got an infraction. Now you're cribbing about it. Accept it.
