What are your Return % on CB?

I'm currently standing on 15% returns, im curious to what is the return rate for you guys

thanks

It would help to say what product you are promoting, but mine is around 7% and I'm promoting high gravity music production products

vendor or affiliate accounts? For my affiliate accounts, around 10-15%, but for my vendor accounts all under 5%, with one consistently under 1%. But I offer high quality products and strong after-sales support.

I believe a lot of it depends on how you pre-sell the product(s) you're promoting. If I remember correctly, you said you were flat out spamming all over the place to get those sales. Well, spamming does not often get the message across to your potential customers as to why they should purchase the product. They then purchase it, and it's not what they actually wanted because you were too vague in your description. Also, the product could just be lame. :)

Mine always hovered around 30-35%.

That would put you in the High Risk tier now with their new system right?

Yes, it would.

Which is why I rarely promote CB products anymore. I don't see the point in being viewed as "High Risk" when their behavior regarding retention is so laughably sad. They seem almost anxious to issue refunds and then blame the vendor/affiliate for their actions teaching the buying public how easy it is to get a refund from CB.

So now, I use CPA networks and promote sale offers. It's strange, really. Same subscribers on my list, but my refund rate is now under 10%.

Fancy that.

Yes they do encourage refunds a bit too much! I am a vendor and sometimes when customers contact clickbank asking for tech support (help in downloading etc), clickbank support would ask them "would you like a refund today?" without the customer even mentioning it!

That being said, I have noticed that high refunds do generally mean crap products. There are products on CB which promise the buyer to make thousands daily on autopilot; which unsurprisingly do not deliver and hence high refunds. On the other hand, genuine health products tend to have very low rates; although there aren't many of them.
