Starting a porn tube?

Hello.

I'm thinking of starting a porn tube site.
I got a script and a grabber, so it will take me 5 minutes + cost of domain and hosting to do it, and videos will be grabbed automatically.

So, I have a few questions:

1) is it worth it to start another adult tube site? (don't forget that I already got a tube script + grabber, so it will only take me 5 minutes and the cost of domain and hosting).

2) if it does, can you give me a few tips? (what ads/affiliate should I use, and whatever you think I should know when opening a porn tube site).

3) I always see that back-linking and seo software, but never used it or read about it (because my websites relay on facebook, not google), do I need to use this stuff if I'm making an adult tube site? if yes, any recommendations?

4) any good ways to advertise an adult tube site?

I have so many questions, I can't post them all, but mainly - I'm thinking of starting an adult tube site, and want to know what do you think, is it worth it, and just everything you have to say about it.

Porn traffic converts like a piece of shit, but take into account that traffic junkie serve 1 billion ads per day now and the majority of them are on the pornhub group umbrella. Those guys are making serious bank.

Im not suggesting either mate.

Just stating that the traffic you would sell would only sell for a low value, cos porn traffic is poor.

But on the other hand, if your site is a success then you have the likes of the pornhub group to look at, who serve 90% of trafficjunkie's ads - 1 billion ads, sick man.

1) Start with nubiles free tube script and customize it as required.

2) Don't host your own vids, use free embeds from sponsors and embeds from other tube sites.

3) Don't make a general tube, make it niche specific in a high converting niche (eg. shemales, fat chicks, pissing etc).

4) Ads on every page: 1 dating, 1 cams, 1 niche paysite (preferably where the video is from), 1 free spot for related products eg. penis enlargement, viagra, fleshlight etc. Use a mix of banners and text ads.

5) SEO everything, you can get away with a lot of dodgy keyword stuffing, hidden text, generated text etc. in adult and no one cares.

6) You will need to trade traffic if you want to grow quickly, either through hardlinks or through blind links. Look around the smaller tube sites to see what scripts they are using to trade traffic and how they do their traffic trading (eg list of "friends" sites, popunders, launching their trades onclick() etc.)

7) You will need to buy some traffic from trafficholder or another traffic broker to kick start your trades if you don't already have porn traffic you can send to your new tube.

Yes it can be profitable but like anything else you are going to have to work at it and invest time and money up front. As already stated, porn traffic converts like shit so you need a lot of it... But there is a shit ton of porn traffic out there for you to get.

Furthermore, porn tubes do convert like shit, only make one if you are prepared to risk a couple of hundred $$ and you enjoy what your doing because if you don't you will fail and it is just all a waste of time.

If you get some high quality videos that are worth paying for on there you can charge people for subscriptions. www.brazzers.com is great HD quality videos that many people pay for.

EDIT: Also upload videos daily and try and make your own by hiring actors or something. Add 5 of the highest quality videos you can find every day. It wont turn a profit fast but soon you will be rich. My friend did this.
