It's semi-managed VPS. You won't have any issues because the GUI is exactly same as your windows machine. So as long as you know how to use windows, you will be very comfortable using these VPS as well.

Mine took less than 24 hours. Perhaps there's a holiday or a company event as support usually replies fast.

I am glad you are loving it over here, I found the main issue was because of Captcha Sniper, it had a huge memory leak issue due to which the VPS was crashing and Mike, the developer of Captcha Sniper has already released an updated patch.

Hey, sorry for the delay in building up your order, also your ticket has already been replied. Due to the Cyber Monday Offers, we had an unexpected huge amount of orders and it's taking some time to build the server (Since it was holiday in US all the stores were closed), will adjust the billing date for you accordingly.

Yes, due to the holiday and huge amount of orders, things took some time to settle down but we are constantly working on building up new servers and try and meet the demand.

No problem. I won't be using the new VPS today anyway. But I hope I get it BEFORE Monday as that will be the time my VA will be using it extensively.

Does the falling short of servers affect the other working VPServers?
