I think, there should also be a preset rule for starting an OP. But then isn't it common sense to clarify things so that you don't receive lots of PMs. I have come across many threads in the recent past which just say, "I have a task to be done. PM for more details". OP, could you please edit your post and clarify things for better understanding of members commenting here.
