Maybe just choose Slovakia or Czech republic, they are not that strict to check everything and for them it's better.
more customers = more money.

Contact them and offer to translate it, then start reselling it. I'm pretty sure they'd be delighted to get more clients.

Hi guys, I have just contacted the owner. Verification is via sms (password) so it's impossible to register it outside of Czech or Slovak Republic. I asked him for permission to resell this VPS service on my website and he was excited about it, only some minor changes will have to be done, like changing the language to English on Windows Server, verification via email and payment via credit card or paypal (now it's bank transfer only).
The prices will be +10%, so not $32 but $35, it's still as cheap as fuck so stay tuned for new VPS service

this is a steal...ive been paying the same price for 1 core and 1 gb ram but that had 1 tb connection and larger hard drive...i can deal with the smaller space tradeoff no problem as most seo tasks i do dont require alot of hd space just actual resources like cpu, ram and bandwidth, 400 threads is great i was only getting 50 consistently through powerup lol

VPS's are never what they say on the tin. They are nearly always over clocked so you only get what is quoted off-peak when no-one is using it. You just have to try it and see what it is like. I personally am moving away from VPS's and going to self host now that I can get fibre broadband

just can not seem to understand the fact that i am not from czech or slovak and
therefore can not do SMS verification.

imserious: you would pay more on wire bank transfer than for your whole order. Give me 72 hours and you can order my ultracheap VPS, I can run on 4 CPU - 500 connections scrapebox, 300 threads GSA and Maximum connections scrapejet with no problems.
Payments via paypal, 4 days free trial. Activation process will be a little bit slower, it will be all done manually because of that stupid SMS verification...but it's worth waiting

I only noticed it was in a European country didn't notice an URL would like to take a look for myself. If I missed the URL can't see it through the clutter.
