2.) What about anchor text ?- Would you recommend to mix the anchor text with general anchors for the 15 posts ? Or should i build some "lower quality" links first to ensure that i get the "full power" by providing main keywords only.
3.) Does it work for non-english countries also ? (For sure it works but i mean if it is as effective as for english markets.)

1. low competitive niche - Pack A.. For mid comp Pack B and for high Comp its Pack C
you can drip the posts for 30 days as well. so the new domain won't be an issue.

2. TBH.. you should use atleast 1-2 generic kws in pack A - 15 posts as well.. high pr links with main kws and generic anchors on low quality links.. looks suspicious

3. Yes it works for other countries as well. I've seen good results on foreign kws as well.
