Ordered a logo. I gave him detailed explanation (key thing to get good results) on the theme of the logo. He came up with 4 creative logos; added a component I didn't think of which turn out to be vital. Chose the one we loved. Needed two minor revisions to perfect it which were done promptly.

Overall, the service is highly recommended.
