Review:
This press release service looked like it was going to be my 'Go To' place for press releases for my clients, but I was wrong.
They actually sent me a report with the wrong article for the SEOPressReleases submission. My release is about landscaping, but I received a release about breast implants or something. I alerted them on Skype about it, and they were not very responsive, but they fixed that problem. After that, my report only showed 1 link to 1 paid press release (They advertise 5). I alerted them on Skype and got no response once again. The TAT has already come and gone. It was only until I threatened with a dispute that they actually gave me a report that contained more than 1 or 2 links to press releases.
Then I noticed that they advertise 5 paid press release site submissions, but I only received 4. After a small discussion with them (he finally answered), he told me that I probably won't be getting it because their website is down a lot (I went on the site and it was up). No apology, no sign of good business ethics whatsoever. (I can post screens if necessary, but hopefully it wont be).
Ben was extremely rude on Skype - He was being sarcastic and snarky. I've been in the SEO game for quite some time, and have never dealt with someone so unprofessional, rude and just plain not-helpful.
Overall - I have never dealt with a worse service provider. The service did not deliver what it advertised, or even in the allotted time. The customer service was ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS.

You're going to add lying to the list now, too? I have screens of everything, my dude. All the convos, and the uncompleted reports. I left a 100% honest and accurate review. You messed up, and didn't do good business because I wasn't one of your precious bulk customers.

(note that this orders article and submission were all done within a couple days of him ordering, it's just the report which takes some time. I personally see this as a positive for my customers as approvals are dripped out and pickup continues long after submission day.)

As you can see there is even a bonus 100+ links of additional PR pickup on the report with extra distribution I do not even talk about having offered.
Like I said, report delivered within TAT. Only site missing, officialwire. Nowhere do I guarantee approval across all of my submissions. I can't.

Are you serious? I had a discussion with you 10 days ago clearing up your questions.
I promise submission to all sites, that's all I can offer. You had submission to all sites and received a full report just like the above poster.
Stop making false claims people. (side note - this is great for all customers who wanted to see example PR's and reports - just look at these two since they have made me show theirs)
