Will, I'm not so sure. Correct me if I'm wrong anyone, but when it comes to computer linkage, it's 1. public facing IP Address (whatsmyip dot org,) 2. Cookies and Cache, and 3. Super Cookies. If I change my IP address via a proxy or VPN or what ever, clear my cookies and cache with ctrl+shift+del, and erase all flash and silverlight based local storage (super cookies,) but I don't believe this is an issue. If I do those things, I might as well be on a brand new computer.
Well, what other types of linkage are we talking about? Account linkage such as Name, Address, Phone#, Email. And if you want to get very granular here, lets also say password, security question/answer combo, username and email themes (levitikon1, levitikon2, etc,). Excluding campaign info and vouchers, this is the only info that can be linked.
I ran an experiment this morning. Removed all computer linkage and created all new account info. Not a shred of linkage. As far as Bing could tell, I'm an old granny trying to create an ads account with a VCC I bought from SafeWay down the street from the billing address. Banned in 49 minutes.
That's it folks, VCCs are toast. Oh, maybe it was the VCC I used? I tried $15, $25, $50, $100 gift cards Visa and MC. I tried those reloadable debit cards GreenDot (even the AARP ones), PayPower, Paypal, and NetSpend. Oh, and VCCs from my bank too. I think it's official.

I started my first account with a $300 coupon from Bing itself. I paid ~$25 of my own money after.
I then started my second account with the same billing address information. I decided to only clear my cookies and cache. I put $125 worth of coupons on there and have had no problems.
I set my advertisements to "daily" with a $30.00 limit. I have run separate ad campaigns on each account. I figure there may be a system that sees that you have x amount of coupon credit, but you're going to be paying xxx within the next few days when that coupon credit is used up.
My first campaign I used my debit card information, and the second I used my Paypal information.
tl;dr: maybe you need to spend a few dollars of your own money and/or convince the system when your coupons are gone that you'll still be paying.

I was able to get 4 accounts to successfully serve ads for the past 1-4 days. (1 account per day for the last 4 days basically.
I am using real money, but was getting banned hardcore with real money accounts. But now am getting them live 4/4. I can try a voucher to see if it would work...

I was just about to buy vouchers of Fiverr. I've never used Adcentre before but I notice all the sellers have disclaimers that they are not responsible for people being banned which leads me to believe it must be common. If I buy ads using vouchers is there some reason why I will be banned even if I've never had an account before?

I have to set up a new adcenter account today so i'll run through the motions and see what happens and report back. It does def seem like there is some intelligence at play here overall
I normally do not use vouchers. It has been a while since I messed with then. But seeing that so many people are having these major issues I decided to run some tests. I have 2 accounts both serving ads right now, with vouchers.
Oh and NO VCC required.

Please help. All I want to do is run a campaign if you have the knowledge to help me do that successfully with out being banned please help me do the same. I don't know where to get good traffic from any other source site then Google and Bing and I'm banned from both.

You obviously haven't tested enough. Whilst others have spent their time and money testing, you're here expecting to get someone to just tell you.

I've been banned from Bing plenty of times. Getting back up and running is not impossible, guys. You need to have a billing method that matches the information on the account - name, address, etc. Buying VCCs online will NOT work because the address verification will not back out.
Correct. I agree with this 100%. But...you dont need a good payment method when running vouchers. What you said above is true, but only for real money accounts.

What does this mean Will? I imagine a good payment method being any payment method that passes AdCenter's verification right. So, I'm not sure how to interpret that because when they don't pass verification accounts get banned. But Rob replied to your post by indicating vouchers could work alone - I'm so confused because I'm pretty sure vouchers don't work alone.
