has anyone tried using the PayPal Donnation Button for their sales and tried to transfer the amount to their bank account ?
It seem to be a good way to avoid any fees

They will catch on eventually, believe me. Is it really worth risking your account for saving 2.9%? To me the risk vs reward doesn't add up, but you can make your own choice. Don't be surprised if they catch you if you do this though.

Very bad idea, they can see where the traffic is coming from then they will read your site and ban you.

I will just send them the link by email. I won't have it on my website...My competitor is using this method for his payments and it's been years he is doing it. But you guys make sense, it's not worth saving 2.9%

PayPal will limit your account for sure and ask where and what for all these 'donations' are coming from.
If you'll get lucky - they will unlimit your account within a day or two (after you explain them everything), if not - you may say good bye to your PP acc and your funds in it for 180 days.

After $10,000 in donations you will have to be able to prove that you are a non profit organization, but they will probably limit you way before that. Then you have to worry about things like fraud and tax evasion (if your in the us). Not worth it over a few cents

lol :) i heard that one of the BHW member from Paypal is watching it and he will find / block these kind of ways :):)

Bart

Yeah, many big companies are watching BHW, since also this site has been featured in the news.
