Want to create another account - need suggestions!

I have account that was temporarily banned for selling followers/likes etc.

I want to open another account because waiting 30 days is a long time. I tried to yesterday but it asks for a payment source like Paypal (I already have an account using my Paypal) Credit Card etc.

Now, my question is is there any prepaid credit card or VCC's that will work as a eBay fee payment source?

I suggest you to go stealth , setup a few accounts and spread your sales amongst them.If you dont know what stealth account is and how they work you can check aspkin forum and you will find your way through them.Now a few tips to how setup and use a stealth account

1.create new user cp
2.change ip every time you log from one user cp to another as they can track you by ip address
3. create new email with fake personal information
4.create new ebay and paypal account with those fake information same as in email
5.verify paypal with avs vcc, virtual credit card that can pass address verification system so that you won't have problem with future transactions , check bst section for vcc for example
6. if needed confirm phone on ebay with call forwarding service
7.clean cookies from browser settings and also flash cookies with ccleaner , as they can track you with cookies

Tips advices
in some countries it is required for paypal verification to link a bank account so use vba , virtual bank account
never login to same paypal/ebay account with the same ip and from same user cp

I actually figured it out without needing a new payment source. You can just request a limit raise with a good standing account (which I have) and verify some info and they'll raise your limits a bit.

Im not sure what you are talking about dude , i just gave some info on stealth im not seller or selling anything here or on aspkin forum.Regarding withdrawing the money , there are some methods that we who do stealth know them , but im not going to talk about them here , especially with an arrogant lad like you ,

I'd also suggest you go stealth.

1. Buy a VPS, make sure it is located in the US. Some of the free services (Tor, HotSpot Shield, etc) have IP addresses located outside of the US, and these can often result in an instant limitation once your account is created. *I have experience on this*
2. Use what haki_master said, and get AVS VCC's.
3. Google offers their Google Talk service, which is free and works wonders. It accepts texts, SMS, and calls for free. You can even call people in the US for free (great for calling PayPal if you do not want to use your personal number). Google Talk can also be forwarded to your personal mobile phone, so if you attach the number you can receive calls on your phone.

Now for tips on using your Stealth Account:
1. Use a VPS service if you are accessing multiple PayPal accounts. I cannot tell you how many times I have gotten limited because of an IP mix. Also, PayPal does not allow you to make payments from a proxy, so a VPS is often the way to go. However, I am using something called Private Tunnel at the moment, and Pay Pal seems to be doing fine with it.
2. Try to keep it low, then start building up. For example, transfer small amounts ($20-$25) then start to build up.
3. If you are accessing the PayPal accounts off of one computer, make sure to different user accounts, as well as CCcleaner in order to clean your cookies.
4. For withdrawals on a stealth account, just use a regular bank account, it should confirm with no problems.

If you don't want to go through the trouble of making stealth accounts, you can always just purchase accounts off of someone on BHW.
