Starting a porn site help?

Hey im starting a porn site, nothing big, just a blog that links to specific niche. I am completely new to porn sites. But not to internet marketing or seo.

I wanted to know how do I find content to post, and what programs do I use to make money. I already have an idea on how to get traffic.

What I was thinking about doing was finding a video for my niche, then posting it on my site and giving a description. I dont want to film anything, I just want people to come to my site to find where they can see these videos for free. Any help?

just go to any regular porn site, choose a vid and check if you can get an embedded link, if so, place the embedded link on your site, write a description and done.

I use juicy ads or plugrush for ads. That is what most people recommend and they work well for me. Otherwise use adult dating site affiliate programs. I would also recommend signing up for the fetish hits affiliate program. They have a huge amount of tools and free content to use. Although i just use them for content because they have never really converted for me. The X art affiliate program also has free content, but their affiliate page isnt very good (as far as tracking and stats and etc..) If you need anything else check out the xbiz directory. They have a huge amount of different sites on there and will be able to get you started with anything you need. PM me if you have anymore questions as I do have some experience in this.

Its very competitive industry as so many place you can get them for free how can you offer something unique?

try sites like porn hub, tube8 and rip them off if you wish...

I second that. You will also have to prepare for tough competition, since it is the most competitive segment of the internet. It is the internet itself, so you will have to work really hard to get the chance to profit prom it.
I am not an expert at all, but generating traffic from traffic exchange, for instance, might help a lot.

Technically to have a legit porn site you need waivers signed and permission from the models to be able to use your pictures, or buy pictures from a company that has already gotten permission. You also need hosting that allows porn, more then likely the host you have doesnt.
