Yahoo email disappear?

Hi guys,

I just created a yahoo email account yesterday and use it to sign up for a twitter account this morning. Just now, when I tried to log in to those twitter account and yahoo account, both disappeared. This is the second time happening to me. Anyone experienced before and why both accounts suddenly just disappeared?
